: Toilet stopped and required a snake application. Air conditioning worked sometimes. The carpet was filthy. Sock slippers were black on the bottoms. Noisy outside. Loud talking outside in the parking lot. General cleanliness was poor. Only one member of the staff spoke English and his accent was difficult to understand.

: The room was neat......no bugs
: Lack of space to move around in the bathroom. Low signal wifi. No privacy in area outside bathroom. Needs changing area. TV situated in the far end of the room and not in the middle.

: Terrible state, dirty, walls dented and smeared with filler. Bathroom unacceptably dirty and sheets with cigarette burns in them. Sorry, but being friendly doesn’t make up for the shocking state of the rooms.

: The fact I went In with a reservation the guy was irate. Did not want to help me with reservation I had the confirmation number and pin. He refused to help me. Also left myself and employee outside establishment and threatened to call law enforcement rather then taking identification. Never again will my company go there and we are located in more then 30 states they took a big hit with the unacceptable behavior and mannerisms.
